You want to get the most out of your Ivy and Joe appointment. To be honest, we offer some pretty great perks and want to maximise the time we get to spend with you. This guide goes over some of the basics to making the most of your Ivy and Joe Hair Appointment.

Take part in the consultation

We want to create the perfect hair for you.

At the start of every appointment we have a short consultation with our guests. If it's a big colour or you're a new guest we may even schedule a 15-minute free consultation before scheduling the appointment.

This consultation is important for us to find out what you want in your hairstyle. This is the perfect time to bring out your hair inspo board on Pinterest.

The more we understand where you want to be with your hair the better we can work with you to get it there. Make sure your open and honest during your consultation.

The consultation is important to figure out what we can (and can't) achieve in this appointment. We'll also create your hair plan - this is some long term hair goals and will make sure we're working to exactly what you're after.

What you do between appointments is just as important as what we do in the Studio. That is why we recommend the best products and habits for your hair. You can read more about how to maintain your colour here.

We will only ever recommend products when they will make a difference for your hair.

We want to know how you feel about your new hair. Honestly.

If you love the new look. Let us know. We will take a photo and keep that in mind for future visits.

If you're not in love with your hair - we will work until you are. We never want anyone to walk out of the door that doesn't feel a million bucks. Talk to us.

Schedule your next visit

Keeping your visits to us regular helps to maintain the health of your hair.

If you are a colour star then the regular visits will stop that banded look. It will also keep your costs down. Maintaining your colour with more regular visits is less costly than putting it off and needing a larger colour correction.

Regular cuts will help to keep your style looking fresh and ensure that your split ends are under control. If you're growing your hair out then a regular trim is a must.
